TADQ - Technical Aid to the Disabled, QLD Inc
TADQ is partnering with Foresters Community Finance to facilitate the investment of funds from social investors, for the purpose of purchasing two new office units in a light industry development, in the northern Brisbane suburb of Banyo.
Investment in these properties, through Foresters, will directly support TADQ to increase the support it provides to technically skilled volunteers who create tailored aids for people with disabilities and move TADQ towards stability and financial independence. Every year TADQ volunteers produce about 700 technical aids, which aim to make the lives of frail aged and people with disabilities easier.
Investments of $1,000 or more, amounting to $1.5 million, are required to purchase the buildings. Your investment will be managed by Foresters, which will utilise pooled investments to acquire the properties.
The social returns your investment will generate are in addition to the financial return you will receive over the medium to long term. To invest now simply download a Product Statement, complete the Investment Application Form and send it to Foresters with your investment.
